The service at this family-friendly hotel was exceptional. Got budget room with comfortable bed as expected, appreciated it. There were coffee & tea making machines and fridges too. All the staff was attentive and pleasant, solved my issues.
Some people working there were a bit rude.

Family with children perfect getaway
The staff were not just friendly, they were accommodating! One tall gentleman from housekeeping even gave us some great tips about the local attractions, made our day perfect.
It wasn't cheap, but worth every penny for the experience.

All facilities working and clean, convenient underground parking, helpful staff, excellent quiet location with easy access to shops, restaurants and attractions.
Sound insulation in our (new) room was poor - could hear adjacent guests moving about and opening/closing doors very early in the morning.
